For Standard Shipping, your parcel may be delivered to your letterbox depending on your local courier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your letterbox first.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few business days of us receiving your return.

Please note:

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have already been worn cannot be accepted for return

Personalized items crafted through hand-stamping are made to order and are non-returnable

To sustain its elegant luster, please remove it before makeup, perfume, housework and water exposure. Keep it away from chemicals, seawater, high heat and direct sunlight. Store separately to avoid scratches, and take off while sleeping or exercising. Wipe with a soft cloth after contact with sweat or moisture, clean gently and keep dry at all times.
