Can I Return an Item?

Yes! We accept returns on all items within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply let us know within that window and we'll issue a full refund, no hassle.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with identification tags and seals intact

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings that have already been worn cannot be accepted for return

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once we receive and process your return, please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
