Can I Return an Item?
Yes! We accept returns on all items within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply let us know within that window and we'll issue a full refund, no hassle.
Please note the following conditions:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with identification tags and seals intact

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have already been worn cannot be accepted for return

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once we receive and process your return, please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
